peed doesn't seem right, I feel ya on that...I mean you have the word pee, which usually when you go into the past tense you add an 'ed' as in the case of 'fart', past tense is 'farted' (Right now I'd like to take the time to ask why no-one, including myself, ever says "that was so funny I farted myself!!"?? That would be the shit!!). So sticking to this rule one would add 'ed' to the end of 'pee' would get 'peeed', now that just seems downright wrong. But maybe it's because the 'ed' rule does not apply...as in the case of 'shit', in this case one adds the 'ed' + an extra 't' to get 'shitted', now if one was to apply this rule litteraly one would get 'peeted' which doesn't seem right, or if one took a less literal version of this rule one could actually end up with 'peeeed'. Now we're getting into some scary territory. I think it would just be best to swtich up the word entirely and say that you 'pissed' yourself...or would it be 'pissted'  |
